Lyons, Attorney /CPA, is a shareholder with the Northwest law firm of Lyons | Sullivan.  He concentrates his practice in business transactions.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University in 1977; his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Gonzaga School of Law in 1979; and his Master of Science Financial Services in 1990. Mr. Lyons is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice public accounting in the State of Washington and an attorney admitted to practice law in the States of Washington and Alaska.

Experience

Mr. Sullivan has practiced in the areas of probate, trust and estate administration law for most of his thirty years in practice. He began his career at the Seattle and Bellevue offices of Stoel Rives. From 1992 to 1998 he served as Vice President & Tax Counsel to Bank of America for the Northwest. He brings a wealth of understanding regarding the tax issues arising in probate and estate administration, along with a practical approach to solving problems and resolving disputes.

Bridgette has been with Lyons | Sullivan since 2012.  She assists the firm’s attorneys in matters concerning business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, succession/exit planning, estate planning, tax-exempt entities and probate and trust administration.

Bridgette has over 10 years of experience working in law firms.  She received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of Washington, a post-baccalaureate program developed in partnership with the University of Washington’s School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University.
